Bioremediation
This is a process that uses microbes or bacteria to naturally consume oils and other
contaminants in wastewater breaking them down into harmless CO2 and H20.

Pro:
All-natural, very environmentally friendly.

Con:
The waste stream needs dwell time as well as a constant organic food source,
such as grass clippings or emulsified oils, to feed the microbes. This
imposes limits to the volume of water that can be treated.
