Portable Wash Pad:
Movable wash rack with pre-treatment system

The Water Maze WP-914 Wash Pad is the most rugged, self-contained and compact portable wash pad on the market. Its all-steel, modular design with forklift guides and detachable components allow the WP-914 to be installed or moved easily for convenience in placing the wash pad where you need it most.

Two heavy-duty ramps with non-skid traction ridges are hinged so they can be folded up vertically and out of the way of traffic. The WP-914 also features a total containment design with five removable 42-inch-high panels that are low enough for the operator to power wash over the top from outside the pad, yet high enough to minimize the overspray from the power washing.

When in use, water is channeled along the sloped 3/16-inch diamond-plate floor to a centralized trench drain with removable grating. The tapered trough of the trench drain guides the water to a covered sump trough located on the outside of the pad. The trench drain, track, sump base and grating are all made of stainless steel. The painted steel surfaces are protected by a zinc epoxy powder coat finish.

This unique collection system provides pre-treatment of the wastewater and sludge. A wastewater treatment system, such as the Water Maze EC-1-200S, can be connected to the WP-914 to create a totally self-contained wash rack and recycle system.

The WP-914 has been engineered for an optional hose reel mounted to the top of the rear panel for convenience in tangle-free pressure washing. Another option is a retractable rain tarp that easily rolls out to cover the pad and minimize exposure to rainwater runoff.
